Tony St. JohnTony St. John was named executive director of the Baltimore Collegetown Network, a consortium of 13 colleges and 120,000 students. St. John received her BA in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
