Paul R. Watson IIPaul R. Watson II has been named president of Michigan’s Kellogg Community College. Watson holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Houghton College and a master’s degree in mathematics education from Syracuse University and in teaching and curriculum from the University of Rochester. He received his Ed.D. in Education and Management from Drexel University.
