Pamela MonacoPamela Monaco has been named president of Ocean County College. She serves as vice president for academic and student affairs at Wilbur Wright College in Chicago. Monaco holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Washington University and a master’s and doctoral degree in English from The Catholic University of America.
