
Hemsley Fraser acquires MindOnSite and STS
Training and talent development provider Hemsley Fraser has acquired MOS – MindOnSite, a developer of online training systems, and STS, a project management training specialist, to strengthen its digital learning and project management skills and capabilities.
The move will expand Hemsley’s full-service offering through innovations such as a learning management system (LMS) and intelligent learning portals, gamification and project management simulation tools, and bring greater mobile learning capabilities to the organization.
MOS and STS customers will have access to Hemsley’s extensive portfolio of content covering management and leadership, personal development, core business, wellbeing and life skills. They will also be able to benefit from Hemsley’s expanded breadth of learning, development and engagement services.
