Joelle LesterJoelle Lester has been named executive director of the Public Health Law Center at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Lester earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a juris doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.
