Heather QuireHeather Quire has been named associate vice chancellor and dean of campus life at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania.
